Son of Swaad outlets are operated either by us or by independent franchise partners. Each franchise outlet is a separately owned business and is responsible for the food, service and transactions at that outlet.

submit false orders, bookings, reviews or enquiries, or impersonate any person;
copy, scrape or misuse the Website’s content, menu, photos or design;

post abusive, defamatory, obscene or misleading content.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaks these Terms.

3. Menu, prices and food information

Son of Swaad is a pure vegetarian Our signature chaap is made from soya.
Menu items, prices and availability may differ between outlets and may change without notice.
Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and are [inclusive / exclusive] of applicable GST. Delivery, packaging or service charges, if any, are shown before you confirm an order.

4. Table reservations and party bookings

Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive confirmation.

Submitting a franchise enquiry on the Website or through our ads is only an expression of interest. It does not create any franchise right, agreement or obligation for you or for us.
Any franchise relationship will be governed only by a separate written franchise agreement signed by both parties.
Information on the Website about investment, area, returns or payback period is indicative only. We do not guarantee any income, profit or return on investment.
