How Son Of Swaad Was Started?

Son Of Swaad started out as a food truck startup in 2013, initially multiplying their food carts and reaching to larger audience by each passing day, eventually converted their carts to take away and dine in outlets in order to expand their menu and to provide better eating out experience for their customers.

From the Founders

We were young, energetic and full of passion about doing something revolutionary in the food industry. Our vision was to introduce Soya Chaap as the futuristic cuisine. To accomplish our vision, we experimented with fusion soya products that would cater to the cravings of vegetarians. Our improvisations were fruitful, and we strived to create innovative and delicious dishes that appealed to customers' taste buds. Our creations had received huge appreciation, and we slowly and steadly became the talk of the town. Today, we proudly look back at our beginnings and the journey we have taken so far to reach where we are now. We remain committed to providing our customers with exceptional soya chaap dishes while keeping our passion for the food industry alive.

All three of us came from different professional backgrounds and the only common thing we shared was our love for food. However, this one hobby had brought us closer than any job ever could have. Inspite of the differences in our day to day work, we were united by our insatiable appetite for good food and creative cooking. The initial idea behind the soya chaap business was to introduce a meat alternative for vegetarians and those who love to enjoy plant-based protein options. This unique dish is made from soya chunks and is similar in texture and taste to meat, providing a satisfying protein option for those who do not consume meat products.

Starting a business is never easy for anyone. There are many challenges that you may face in your journey to success. These challenges could be anything ranging from financial constraints to a lack of understanding of the market. Irrespective of the challenges, it's important to keep pushing forward and not giving up on your dream. One of the biggest challenges in starting a business is getting funds. Since we all three of us were working professionals so we had some savings and some amount of our savings we infused in this business although it was never a cake walk but we were very optimistic with our idea.

So we started from food trucks and later on expanded to take away and dine in outlets to serve more mouth watering dishes to our customers. Post pandemic we got into the franchise business and started helping aspiring entrepreneurs (in restaurant category) by providing them complete guidance and teaching them skills of how to successfully run a profitable restaurant business.

Our Mission

The idea is to create a brand that could provide consumers with a healthy, nutritional ,hygiene and affordable alternatives to traditional meat products because what we used to notice that most of the outlet were very poor when it comes to hygiene which prompted us to using high-quality ingredients and ensuring that the product is free from any harmful chemicals or additives.

Our goal is not just to be the biggest player in the food industry, but also to embrace new approaches, techniques to revolutionize the food industry and the things are done, and make a lasting impact on the food around us.

Our Visions

In terms of specific goals, we are looking forward to becoming the biggest player in this industry within the next 5 years. To achieve this goal, we are actively focusing on scaling up our operations, diversifying our revenue streams, and expanding our reach rapidly.

Our growth strategy will involve continued investment in cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions, also collaboration with key industry partners and stakeholders and also working on our franchise model to upgrade it to the next level.
